GAP ANALYSIS
Spark conducts several visits to identify the gaps between the current situation and the targeted one.
DATA COLLETION
Data will be collection by observations, interviews, questionnaires…etc. This includes making interviews with employees.
SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT
In this phase, the consultants develop procedures, forms and instructions.
TRAINING
After the development of the system, SPARK consultants train all employees on the system that has been developed.
AUDITING
The consultants train the company staff to internally audit the system as planned.
EXTERNAL AUDITING
At this phase, SPARK consultants audit the system and its procedures and find any non-conformities.
